FOLA, Foundation of Local Arts, promotes art and education of the full spectrum of the arts, including fine art, music, dance, theater, film, books, poetry, and all other art form expressions within the South Bay of Los Angeles County, California and beyond. Our community holds an extensive talent and art trust of which but a small sampling is known and appreciated in our midst. FOLA is working to bring a fuller and wider expression of the arts to the public for enjoyment, expression and understanding of our culture its roots, its reflection and its celebration of our way of life.

Jan 26 2013 - 7:00pm - 10:00pm FOLA proudly presents the Fourth Annual Fundraiser to benefit art education in Manhattan Beach public schools Architecture Art Design: Green meets Art Join us at the beautiful Hutter home built with green resources and artfully designed interior at 584 33rd Street, Manhattan Beach 90266* Distinguished Honorees Daniel Salzman, Sustainable Developer and Arianna Sabra Interior Designer of the home who will speak and educate with fireside talk Special Guest Dennis Jarvis, Owner of Spyder Surfboards, Inc., surfboard shaper, and surf board art designer will talk about his art as surfboard shaper and surf board art graphics designer. Enjoy FOLA Acclaimed Fine Artists and artwork by Jan Dennis, Patrick Donahue, Bob Francis, Edwina Klein, Vincent Laforet, Betty Mallorca, Patricia Meccia, Michael Petroni, Marjorie Rand, Bobbie Rich, Holly Socrates, Jerry Solomon, Margerate Yuko Tan, Amy Theilig, Jeff Wilson, Xenia Zampolli and music by FOLA Artist Paul Allman as well as a hidden door student art exhibition.
